About the role

Daltix is rethinking how it’s organized around its finance processes and is looking for someone to join the team on a part-time basis (3 days/week). You will be responsible for all accounting and financial administration, giving you an in-depth view of the company's performance. 


  • Responsible for the monthly and yearly closing by coordinating between our external accountants in Belgium and Portugal.

  • Preparing the monthly Revenue & Costs forecast by working with all functional heads.

  • Monitoring budget and tracking/reporting of relevant metrics.

  • Responsible for the accounts receivables process (invoicing & payments) in Belgium and cooperating with the Lisbon-based office admin for the Portuguese accounts payable

  • Liaise with our financial partners regarding loans, deposits and insurance.

  • Point of contact for Salary questions/Vacation/Lease-cars/local payment providers for Belgium-based employees

Job requirements

  • You should submit your application in English language (both CV and covering letter). 

  • You’re able to communicate in English fluently (both in writing and speaking) as you’ll work with people of different nationalities.

  • You have a bachelor's in accounting or finance.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience working with MS Excel and ExactOnline or equivalent accounting software is a must. Knowledge of Silverfin is a plus.

  • You enjoy multitasking and working with deadlines.

  • You are comfortable in working with Google Drive, Google Sheets & Docs
