Job Title: Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: Belgium, South of the Netherlands 

Terms: Full-time or part-time 80% - Hybrid: work from home and remotely, mixed with weekly office meet-ups.

About the role

Daltix is accelerating its sales & marketing activities in several European markets, focusing on account based marketing tactics. You will be integral to executing and contributing to these digital activities, making it a unique opportunity to further build experience within a wide variety of sales & marketing tasks and techniques. You are based in Belgium and will report to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial part in lead gen: anything from reaching out to prospects to qualifying potential new clients.

  • The spider in the web of Daltix's ABM tooling and execution.

  • Coordinate social media content creation from ideation to final post and execute social media monitoring.

  • Develop, create and execute website content as well as newsletter content.

Job requirements


  • You are sales- and goal-oriented, a self starter and able to work autonomously.

  • You have a zest for life, a collaborative mindset, like learning on the fly, think on your feet and have an interest in retail data.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration with minimum 1 year experience with similar tasks.

  • You are familiar with the Google Suite.

  • You have experience in using a CRM: knowing HubSpot and/or Pipedrive is a plus.

  • You have the ability to adapt to new tools and software.

  • You thrive on a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • You have proven ability to get results and meet commitments.

  • You have managed, or aspire to manage, social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter for a growing company.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You speak English really, really well. Other language skills (DE,FR) are a plus.

  • Other tooling that you might know which we would appreciate: WordPress, Canva and Google Ads.

  • We are a Remote first company, but we come together 1 day per week in Antwerp (Belgium). You should be living in either Belgium or the Netherlands.
